At our 2017 Conference, several leading edge technologies were unveiled (including testing using dried plasma spots, and breath) that could make anti-doping testing cheaper and easier for leagues, and less invasive for athletes.

The PCC invited Mr. Dan Halem, Chief Legal Officer for Major League Baseball, Mr. Jeff Novitzky, VP of Athlete Health & Performance for the Ultimate Fighting Championship, and Mr. Andy Levinson, Executive Director for the PGA TOUR to discuss the benefits and challenges that may be associated with integrating such technologies into existing anti-doping policy.

Moderated by Mr. Michael Ask, CEO of Anti-Doping Denmark, the panel provided unique insight into the priorities and processes of some leading pro-league anti-doping programs.
